SIX CRITICAL REASONS WHY THIS IS DIFFERENTFROM REGULAR AFFILIATE MARKETING… or indeed, anything else…
The conversion rates are OFF THE CHARTS We spoke about this a little earlier, but one of the massive differences here is that you convert A LOT more people than you do with regular affiliate marketing. For instance, if you were promoting an ebook on golf let’s say, it converted at 3% and you got $15 in commissions per sale. For every 100 clicks, you make 3 sales x $15 = $45. With this system, you could be promoting a weight loss offer with a 20% conversion rate and a $50 commission per conversion. For the same 100 clicks, you make 20 sales x $50 = $1000. $45 vs $1000 – it’s a massive difference.
There are NO TRAFFIC ISSUES To begin with, you take advantage of a highly-effective source of cheap trafficto reach people who are looking for the exact offers that you are promoting. Then when it comes to scaling up, you use secret sources of traffic (both paid AND free) that deliver instant traction and conversions.
There is NO CONTENT CREATION If you’ve done any sort of affiliate marketing before, you may know that one of the downsides is that you need to create a lot of content. You know the type of thing… In depth product reviews, comparisons and so forth which can be time consuming (or) expensive to outsource. With this model you hardly need to create any written content… only a handful of words, if any at all… and most of the time NONE at all.
You are building a VALUABLE ASSET One of the big advantages here is that even though you are generating leads for other companies, YOU are also capturing their details as well (quite legitimately). Not only does this mean you can follow up with them, sell them other offers and boost your income… it ALSO means you are building YOUR OWN list, and therefore creating a real business with potentially huge value that could be sold on for a lump sum later.
You could get very RAPID RESULTS There is no digital content creation involved here. You can pinpoint an offer, throw your landing page online and start driving traffic in as little as 60 minutes… maybe even less. This means you could start seeing results exceptionally fast.

2023.06.02 10:10 kolalaface1 Question about what I should do?

As I am typing this I only have 12 hours to choose because our landlord needs to know if we are resigning the lease and I’m in the hospital with my wife about to hold my firstborn for the first time in a couple hours. But the choices are 1. Take a risk, move to her hometown(which is a cheaper state/community so we’d be able to have a mortgage for a house that cheaper than our current rent) for my dream job that may or may not pay well.(the boss is being kinda shady). Or 2. Play it safe. Stay in the current position we are in, which by all means isn’t great but we make do. The community is better(but also more expensive). I’m working a job that I dislike but it pays well and has good benefits. The reason there is a risk is honestly the economy. With the debt ceiling problem we might have a recession and with a newborn very close to joining us I’m very conflicted on what to do.
I would like to apologize if I didn’t write well or wasn’t very good at explaining my predicament. It is 1am, and I’m absolutely exhausted and completely stressed out of my mind. I just would like some outside opinions

2023.06.02 10:10 ElectricalSpeed6805 [NJ] Family moved in with me and requested to rent my illegal basement and are now threatening legal action against me for renting an illegal basement.

I moved to NJ a few years ago and bought a house. My cousin was struggling, and I said she and her kids could move in with me. They originally stayed in an upstairs bedroom but wanted the basement, so I remodeled it to be an apartment for them. She helped pick out the appliances I bought, we painted it, and she knew that it wasn't a legal apartment, but said it didn't matter since we are family. Fast forward to now, a few years later, and after an argument she is threatening to turn me into the city for an illegal basement if I don't let her live with me for free or pay her to leave. She wants 6 months rent, similar to what the city would fine me to relocate her and the kids. I told her she could easily move back into the regular bedrooms if it is such a problem (clearly it never was until we got into a fight), and she is refusing. I want her to leave. What can I do here?

2023.06.02 10:09 DrSaks Leaving a rental house, what are the rules about the outside bins?

In England.
We are leaving our rental house shortly. The letting agent sent us a list of things that we need to do (most of them standard and expected/legal). However, there are two things I'm not sure about.
1) The outside bins must be empty or they "will charge for removal". I can't see how this is legal, as I've paid the council tax for up to the check out date, and that includes them taking rubbish. The only caveat to that is the bins would need to be put onto the pavement on collection day and then put away again. But surely, this responsibility is then passed onto either the landlord or new tenant?
2) If we had pets we need to get all the carpets professionally cleaned. We do have a cat (with permission clearly stated in the tenancy agreement), and it states in our tenancy agreement: "At the end of the Tenancy, the tenant agrees to have the Premises cleaned to a standard commensurate with the condition of the property at the commencement of the Tenancy." The previous tenants had two cats and a dog, and the carpets had been hoovered but not professionally cleaned when we moved in. Would this count as an unreasonable fee?
Thanks for any help/advice!

2023.06.02 10:09 Disastrous-Fig-7900 How can I forgive my mother?

My (18f) relationship with my mother has plummeted in the last two years. After a strained relationship, I left for college last august and have lowered contact with her. This past year, I have been informed about behaviors from her that I was previously unaware of from my dad (they’re divorced) and her best friend. She had an affair with the married father of my childhood best friend and planned to take me, my little sister, and my best friend and run away with us to a different country. This resulted in my parents divorcing, and moving back to the United States (we were living abroad at the time). Since then, I have discovered that she has severely abused a variety of hard drugs, and used the house I lived in as a place to sell them. It has also been implied that she is prostituting herself as well. I’ve also learned that one of her boyfriends broke into our house, stole her gun, and threatened to kill himself. She also paid his bail when he went to jail for beating the mother of his kids, but refused to help me pay for college because she was short on money. My dad has been able to settle out of court with her to prevent my sister (15f) from going back to her house, but she is refusing to even address that this has happened. Her only acknowledgment was to ask us not to tell her side of the family that this had happened, but she has done nothing to take any accountability. She tries to text and call me like normal, but I can’t just brush past this. I still want to have a relationship with her, but i don’t know how to get there from where I am now.

2023.06.02 10:09 TJRegan First time buyers- rent, mortgage or buying scheme?

This is a bit of a long one, as I think our situation is a little unusual.
I have recently finished uni and got a decent paying first job lined up a distance away from my parents house, but close to my partner's house so I'm moving in with her.
We'll be in her bedroom in her parents house. It's a small room and a busy house, but it will work short term so we can save up a little.
In 6 months time, I imagine we should have £15k in joint savings for a deposit. By this time, or earlier, I think we'd have gone insane living in her small bedroom.
At that point, how should we look to moving out into our own property? £15k doesn't seem enough for first time buyers to get a mortgage, with the average property price in our area being around £200-250k, even for a flat. Rental prices are around £800/month, again for a flat.
From what I've found through research, I think these are our options... -rent while saving for a bigger deposit to buy our ideal house -buy the cheapest flat we can find, pay off some of the mortgage until we have enough for a deposit for an ideal house -go for a buying scheme such as shared ownership, rent to buy, etc, either to build a deposit or get an ideal house for us
As someone new and unfamiliar to all this, I've seen a lot of contrasting opinions on the many schemes and I'm a bit lost. I want to maximize our money, it would hurt to sacrifice so much income on rent when it's essentially dead money we won't see again. Though it may make sense if it keeps us sane and allows us to save for a deposit on a good house.
Collectively we will be earning just over £50k/yr before tax, I don't know how much we should expect to be offered as first time buyers looking for mortgages.
What would our best option be, given our circumstances? Are there more options I didn't list?
To add to this confusion, ideally in 5-10 years, I'd like to move away to the other side of the UK, so is it even worth mortgaging in such a short space of time?
I hope this post wasn't too jumbled- I'm hoping someone can point us in the right directions.
Thank you!

2023.06.02 10:09 prime2608 29M 22F confusion

Warning!!!Long post ahead. So last year i(29M) started working on my startup around april. During that time i managed to gather a 11person team. Then i needed a content writer. So one of my co-founder reffered a girl(22F) whom he friends with. I hired her and started working with her through phone call on a daily basis. At first i was hasitant to talk anything beside the work but after some time when she started to open up about her past and her family so i thought she is being friendly and started to talk about personal stuff also. So a friendship began during that time i was dating my ex and she was also dating someone. So around july she broke up with that guy whom she was dating.
Then our conversations through phone increased apart from work hours. During that time i used to do parties in my home she is always seems so excited to come to my house. She used to be super flirty, i have to hold back. (Its not that i am shy bcz my body count is in double digits) warned her many times that don't wanna talk but she's always like a chatterbox. So around october one day she was behaving like a child constantly trying to annoy me for 2/3 days. So i asked my cofounder to talk to her so which she said to him that she was taking a revange on me because acc. to her i was trying to be bossy and doesn't respect her. I was super annoyed that day so by evening she was trying to annoy me more it was like she was waiting from a reaction from my end, she was calling me every 15-30 mins to rescedule the time for work happend atleast 6/7 times that evening. I waited till 11.30 that night then called and lashed out at her.( i know super fu○king wrong, have no right to lashed out on someone). On the very next day called her appologised her for my behaviour and told her my situation that, why i lost my controll. And my breakup with my ex and the problems with investors. That night for the very first time i felt something about her. The way she was trying to giving me the solutions and courage. I was just awwstrucked.
So started developing feelings. But deep down felt wrong because didn't want her to be a rebound. Then after 15/20 days when we met again in my house party something triggered in us both we had our first touch that day spent the entire evening in the kitchen. I was cooking and she was helping me with dishes. Felt i found the one that day. Then our bond gets stronger after that started talking more and more after work like 4/5 hours everyday. Then the day in november came when unknowingly i spilled her that i like her (never had any intention to say that) i know things were going to get fucked up from this point on because it was too early. Now she started distanceing her self. For 10 or 15 days i was quite at that time but after that she initiated contact and told me indirectly that she like me too. I didn't reacted that day. Acted like i didn't get what she was trying to say. After couple of days we had a fight because of the co-founder whom she was reffered by bcz he was always trying to slut shame her to me. And i told her the things he told me about her which she got furious that how i didn't take any stand for her or fight for her. Which i reassured her that i trust her and i don't believe what he was saying. So why wasting any energy trying to fight a person of that kind. We fought for 5hours that day ended up owning up my mistake that i let her down.
Again for 15 days no talk. And stared talking around mid december. Around that time she said that she is emotionally unavailable right now. So she doesn't want to start anything. Which i said okay. Knew she need peace and her time to sort out the things. And the problem started from there when she was trying to test me by trying to tell me about her guy friends. (Those guy friends with whom my cofounder try to associate her name with.) I try to stay calm but my evil brain trying to act extra smart and poked her by confessing again, just to tease. She got furious that day. Haven't thought about the outcome. So took it as a rejection just to move on. After 7/8 days she told me that she likes me back. Haven't reacted on that just drift that conversation to some other topic. Now it's been 3.5 month after that incident she isn't talking to me properly gave her enough way out saying if you feel any uncomfort you can leave, and she denies everytime. But her action speaks otherwise. Now my work from her side reduced to 24days a months to 6/7 days a month. Now she is getting irritated on small things and cut off contact for 4/5days. I don't want to fire her now because it will leave a bad impression on me. My co-workers can think i fire her because of the rejection. Which is not true.
Now my dilemma is, A- i want her to leave on her own. B- Not contacting her from my end but she always manage to initiate contact and dissapear after that. C- cant say anything to her to set boundries because everytime i want to she takes it in a wrong way and gets irritated. D- Now the final nail in the coffin i think i love her now. But don't want her anywhere near me.
TL;DR : girl i am working with being flaky. Affecting my work. Can't fire her because don't want to be a jerk who can't handle rejection.

2023.06.02 10:08 thecodmother hosts; we need more toilet paper.

In LA for two weeks, two females in a guest house in a suburban area.
The listing says bunk beds + queen but it a queen with a roll away bed; we've made due because great location and pool access.
That's minor compared to the fact the owner left one roll of toilet paper for a two week booking and kicked up a fuss when we asked for more.
So for future and current hosts, keep a solid supply of TP for your guests.
(Also supply cooking oil, tin foil and stretch wrap as kitchen necessities / they are such a welcomed bonus)

2023.06.02 10:08 ej_cirst Any tips on how to survive a triggering situation?

I need to see my mother it two days to talk about a possible transfer of our family home to us that she just inherited and that can't afford to take care of herself.
I've been no contact with her for the last two years and it has been the best thing ever for my mental health. My grandfather passed away recently and she inherited his house and land where I also lived during my childhood. It's a nice, large house in a beautiful location. I really miss it, since I've been NC with my mother, I've only been there twice. She can't take care of the house herself, my husband is very handy and has dreamed about owning a house his whole life and we have a baby on the way, so moving from a small city apartment to a house would be perfect.
The house is too big and the upkeep is too expensive to her, but me and my husband could manage just fine. She wrote and asked me to visit so we can talk about what to do with the house. She knows that living together is out of the question so I'm curious as to what she has in mind.
The thing is - I thought I was doing so well, but even the thought of visiting just for this single conversation is making me feel so aweful, I haven't felt such anxiety in years. How the hell do I deal with this? I hate being this anxious and I know that I won't be able to speak my mind in this conversation - one of my defence mechanisms is shutting down. She raise me Ina way that I have trouble speaking un for myself, I could never have an opinion on my own. But I also know I need to have this conversation and get it over with - this would be the last time I'm contacting her, regardless of what the outcome of the conversation would be.
Also, I'm pregnant and even though I've been very chill this whole pregnancy, I can feel that my emotions are very heightened about this and I hate putting my baby through this stress, but I know that I need to get this over with
Any tips on how to survive a triggering situation like this?

2023.06.02 10:08 susanthegoat How to get out and stay out of bed?

I really struggle to stay up and about unless I'm out of the house or at work.
I have an unbelievable amount of things I could and should be doing but for the past two days all I have managed to do is go to the cafe at the end of the street and buy some breakfast before crawling back into bed.
A couple of days ago I think I had a bit of a breakdown and ended up going for a long walk at 4.30am, normally I'd be really scared to do this but it really helped. It didn't solve anything, I just liked the feeling of the sun just about rising and it being so quiet. I want to go for more morning walks (maybe not at 4.30am) but I just can't do it. I got up earlyish today and had breakfast but I'm still laying here in bed. I don't know why this keeps happening. I hate being stuck inside with no motivation but I also get so anxious about leaving the house. It's like I'm stuck in limbo.
Sometimes it feels like there's too much in my mind to be able to concentrate on one thing, so as a stupid solution I end up laying here doing nothing. It gets harder and harder the more time goes on because I have this non-stop sinking feeling that I'm just wasting my time, I don't have any outlets or hobbies, my house is a constant mess and I realised a few days ago that most of my friends are just drinking buddies. If I didn't go to the pub I don't think I'd have many friends. I feel like my life has been stagnant for so long it gets harder and harder to get out of this never ending depression hole.
I want to enjoy my free time, I want to have a couple of hobbies and generally look after myself. I just can't.
Any advice would be great.

2023.06.02 10:08 RoyalMaleGigalo When you go to a BBQ at a friends house do you bring food and drink with you?

My wife is adamant that i'm the outlier here in that myself and friendship group would always bring booze and food with us to add to the pile. She says thats weird and that she would expect it all to be provided by the host.
As a side note if invited for drinks at someones house I will always bring booze and a big packet of crisps and maybe some nuts as well.
