I just graduated in May, so regardless of pause end date, I believe my payments will be due starting in November (6 months after leaving school). I have roughly $29k in federal loans (9 loans both sub and unsub) with an average interest around 5% (unsure as the portal only reflects current 0% pause rate). I have a job starting in a couple weeks for $82k. As this is a significant increase from my current pay (nearly 100%), I anticipate having no issue paying monthly. I also will likely be able to add to current savings significantly between now and November. If I pay a lump sum of $10k prior to deferment ending, then consolidate, would this lower my monthly (similar to a down payment on a car)? Or would it be like making an extra payment and shorten the term? Would this even be wise overall? I do intend to get rid of the debt at an accelerated rate anyways (highest interest debt as my mortgage is sub 4%), but I’d like to keep my monthly payment low for unexpected issues/emergencies in the future. Yes I am aware that investing may carry more value overall if the return is higher than interest, but personally, I’d rather discharge debt and not have it hanging over my head.

It's now been a year and she has come back into my life under the premise of being "healed" of her severe mental issues from before. We have been talking and she has been staying the night at my house often in the last month. However, she was out with a "guy best friend", that she has said has hit on her before yesterday, and while out with him posted a very flaunting butt picture on her instagram. I brought this up to her, and she told me l'm insecure and that all girls post their body because they're "only young once." This led into a conversation that she explained having sex with a guy off tinder, a coworker, a friend of her's ex boyfriend, and even one of my old friends while we were apart for the last year. Personally, I feel like these things ultimately reveal a lack in moral judgement and self respect, and it has made me go from feeling like we could work things out to me feeling like I have more respect for myself than to stoop for someone that seems to choose others over me. She is someone who I love deeply, and we have a real bond, but this has really thrown me for a loop. Should I get over my pride and look past what’s happened? Or am I being sane and I need to cut her off? Any advice is appreciated thanks.

I was working for a Recovery company which would repo vehicles and do impounds. I was being treated unfairly always yelled at in front of co workers and customers that was at our office to pick up their vehicles and or belongings. The same person was also threatening me everyday possible which started in August of last year at an accident scene when I told him when I started back to work there I can not lift over 10 pounds and do repetitive movements with my right shoulder after it was replaced he threatened to knock me out in front of bystanders people driving by and in front of the police officers as well and said he didn't care if I got him arrested he said it would be my word against his. He also had the owner of the company to take my pay from 10 an hour plus 25 a vehicle i found that is up for repo down to 35 a vehicle and nothing else. However two other camera car drivers that work there get 10 an hour plus 35 a car. I was always being belittled for nothing by this person even when I didn't deserve it. He would slam his fists into desks grabbed my cell phone out of my hand and threw it hard onto the concrete ground and laughed about it to others when it cracked my screen bad. He also made comments saying since you're taking the camera car you are to answer the phone everytime I call or you're fired. I was out of town in another state for a family funeral and called every funeral home until he found where the funeral was told them to have me call him within 1 minute or else. Made me work 7 days a week from 4pm until anywhere from 2am to 9am and didn't care if I was tired in a 4 month period time I got only 8 days off when other camera car drivers was getting two to three days off. How is that fair? But he didn't and doesn't yell at anyone else only me. He's very manic and a control freak. Need advice please .

I have my ub bags 80% colonized since a week now I looked everywhere for coco coir and they never have it where I live I can get coconuts I have tried making my own coco coir and it looks exactly like the one you can buy, 4 days ago I did a S2B in my home made coco coir, keep in mind I sterelized the coco coir just like in the vids and all but right now the S2B I did is not colonizing but there is no contam either, what is the problem? Is homemade cococoir too acid maybe, I have no clue. Is it possible to use cow manure I find in the fields and sterelize that and use it ?

Hello! I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but I've been a bit out of the loop with PvP gearing in WoW for awhile. If I start playing a new character near the end of the season, is it possible for me to acquire the same gear level (ilvl, tier, everything) as someone who's been keeping up to date with the vault every week since the beginning of the season? The only thing that comes to my mind is that I'll be behind on some gem slots due to missing out on the vault tokens. But, if I understand correctly, I'll be able to buy all the conquest & crafted gear that I need (after grinding a ton of course) and I can even use the crucible to acquire 4-piece tier gear. Is that right? Or am I missing something else that I'll be behind on for this season?

Tl;dr: separated since February, divorced since April. After having begged my ex to work on our marriage and not throw it all away before divorcing to no avail, she now wants to casually date me to see if she can rekindle her romantic feelings towards me. Part of me wants to go for it, part of me is too hurt and feels she's taking the wrong approach as the trust that was broken will need a giant effort on her part to rebuild, and she wants to pretend like nothing ever happened.
My ex (27F) and I (29M) recently divorced. We separated in February, filed in March, divorce was finalized in April. We were together for almost 8 years, married 5.5y. We have an almost 4yo.
For simplicity, I'm just going to refer to her as my wife below if I'm talking about a time we were still married.
My wife was the one to ask for the divorce, claiming she had fallen out of love with me and had been feeling this way for over 2 years, but was trying to make it work.
I did not see the divorce coming at all. I thought our marriage was improving and I was seriously crazy about my wife. For me divorce had never been an option (outside of cases of abuse, or infidelity), much less a thought that ever crossed my mind. I thought my wife felt the same way.
As hard as it is to hear your wife wants to leave, the biggest pain came from the timing. She broke the news the moment I came out of an 8 day quarantine. Our daughter had come down with covid, so I stayed with her so my wife wouldn't get sick. During those 8 days all I thought about was my wife, how much I loved her, how much I missed her, how much her happiness meant to me. As soon as I came out of quarantine, she hit me with the news. It was devastating. To add to the bad timing, the next day was her citizenship appointment (she obtained citizenship through our marriage).
The timing + the request for divorce left me broken and questioning our entire marriage. Had I simply been used? Did she only marry me so she could gain citizenship? Did she just use me to bring her family (we brought her brother and her mom from her country and they were living with us)? Was she just waiting until she had everything she needed and then she could throw me away? My self worth took a dive for the months to follow.
I pleaded with her to reconsider. To try couples counseling, to try a separation rather than a divorce, to try anything, but her mind was made up and she did not want to be married to me anymore. Up until the day of the hearing I kept hope and I asked her if she was sure, or if she wanted to reconsider. The answer was always the same. The day of the hearing something within me broke. I knew the relationship was over and I decided to move on.
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I noticed my ex was acting strange. She kept lingering when dropping off our daughter. She randomly brought me food. She called me just to talk to me (rather than to talk about our daughter). Until finally she sent me a message asking me out on a date. I called her and we talked about her feelings.
She said she was confused. Felt like she might have made a mistakes. Said she missed having me around. Said she really wanted our daughter to have her family full time. (For reference, my ex has been having a really rough time with our daughter. She has her 3 days a week, but those 3 days are very difficult as our daughter often doesn't listen to her and constantly just asks about me. I do not have any issues with my daughter when she is with me, and she has asked for her mom maybe 4 times in over 4 months we've been living apart). But she did say she still did not feel romantically attached to me.
She said she wanted to go on dates so we could maybe start over and rekindle a relationship. But she said she had a lot of doubts about her feelings. I told her I wasn't opposed to the idea, but that I needed some assurances. That she had to be 100% sure that it is what she wanted and that she was going to have to work very hard to try to rebuild the trust that she had broken. I told her to seek counseling, get her thoughts straight, and figure out what she wanted before we did anything.
Yesterday she called and told me she has been seeing a therapist and that he has helped clarify her thoughts. She said the therapist recommended that we have casual sex to try to rebuild the romantic aspect of the relationship, but that she did not feel comfortable with that. Then she said she at this time we should just move on. I didn't know what to say so we just ended the call. After some time I sent her a message thanking her for her honesty, but stating that I did not really understand what had changed since our conversation a few weeks ago. That based on that I felt it made the most sense that if she was feeling doubts, that she explore thise doubts while the possibility still exists. But that I was done begging for love, for her to do what she felt was right for her, and that I hoped she finds what she is looking for.
She then sent me a bunch of messages basically saying she wants to try something casual to see if her romantic feelings return. That she didn't bring it up again because she feels it's too different from what I need (her being 100% sure she wants to try again and working hard to rebuild the trust she broke) and that if it doesn't work the semblance of an amicable relationship we have will just be broken. She said if I want to start from 0 and try something casual to see what happens, that she is open to that. I left her on read as I didn't know what to say. After a few hours she called me and I told her it would be best if we speak in person. Her dad and her other brother are visiting starting next week so she said it likely wont be until they leave towards the end of the month.
I don't know what to do. Part of me really wants to try, I mean if she had mentioned this prior to the divorce being finalized, I don't think I would've had any objections. But now, I feel it's not fair to me. I feel like I am the one taking all the risk, and there is no accountability for her and the way she blew up out lives and this is just a recipe for disaster and if it doesn't work out I'm going to be shattered. But then again I feel like if I'm going to have to start from 0 with a stranger, why not try it with my ex. Don't I owe her at least that much? Don't I owe it to our daughter to put my pride aside and try again? But how do you casually date your exwife? Is it possible to "start from 0" when there's so much history and a child in between.

I'm off to France for 4-6 weeks in the next couple of months. As you'll be aware, steroids are not illegal in the UK for personal use.
I'll be travelling via ferry. From what I understand I can take up to 3 months worth of personal use steroids (I'll be taking a single vial) without producing a prescription.
I won't be bringing pins or syringes, I can get them from France.
I just wanted to check that this is the case and I'm not misunderstanding anything at either end?
