EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell says Moldova's future membership of the European Union does not hinge on developments in the breakaway republic of Transnistria.
"Speaking at the start of the European Political Community summit in Moldova on Thursday he said that Chisinau has a clear journey to joining the EU and „must work toward reforms to fulfill the path to integration."
Asked if the Russian-backed separatist region of Transdnistria would be an obstacle to Moldova's EU membership, Borrell said, „Moldova's path is independent of what's happening with Transnistria.
"Cyprus has become an EU member despite having a territorial dispute. Moldova can do the same," he said.
Moldova and Ukraine were invited to start membership negotiations with the EU last year.
Transnistria broke away from Moldova in 1990 fearing it wanted to reunite with Romania.

Hello. Some time ago saw a trailer of this show but didn't give to much attention because wasn't the stuff I used to watch. Now I got to like this kind of movies, and I still remember this one, and I would love to find it. From the trailer I remember being a slow paced sci fi, not much action, focused more on dialogues, with beautiful visuals ( the kind of big and bright planets you can see at night when you watch the sky). It's a new one, years 2020-2022. If anyone could help I would really appreciate this. Thank you in advance.

the title is kind of self explanatory, but I'm curious if the Streamer X USB-C ports support USB-C mics.
And if anyone on here tried to plug the Podmic USB into the USB-C of the Streamer X and could tell me if this diminishes the feature/filter option.
The reason I'm asking is that I'd switch seats with the Streamer X quiet often, between my desktop PC and laptop Mac. If I plug any XLR mic into a XLR preamp (Rodecaster 2 or GoXLR) I get crackling noises. That's why when I'm at my desktop PC I'd need the option to plug the same mic (such as the Podmic USB) into the Streamer X via USB-C and not XLR.

I thought it would be a nice idea to share some practical tips and tricks you may have picked up over the years. No hard do's and don'ts, as taste is subjective, but guidelines that should work for every home could prove really useful. Of course, many tips will be incredibly individual or subjective, but we've got to start somewhere.

- Mark your pathways and keep them clear. From the moment you enter your home to navigating a room with multiple doorways, you want to take the shortest route without bumping into furniture. I like to use painter's tape on the floor to mark those corridors. It's best to add a little more width than you think you'll need.
- Unless pathways dictate so, avoid pushing furniture in corners. That way, you won't end up with a dead, blank zone in the middle of your living room. Be smart about reachability, you want to make sure you can walk to a window in a straight line in case you want to open it, close curtains, etc.
- Think practical and keep everything accessible. This goes for doors and windows, but also cables, electricity outlets, and plumbing. A little side table in front of an outlet won't be too much of a burden, but if you have the move an entire seating area just to get to a switch.. not optimal.
- Colours are important, but don't forget about textures. Have you noticed how great-looking rooms usually work with lots of different materials? Think of a herringbone floor with a glass coffee table in front of a velvet couch. To counter the smooth velvet, you could use more rough textiles for the pillows. Countering textures with opposite sensations (smooth vs rough, glass vs wood, metal vs rattan, etc.) works for small studios and grand mansions.
- You can never have too many outlets. The fewer extension chords, the better.
- Window treatments make a huge difference. If the room feels cold and/or unfinished, you'd be surprised how layering various window decos will make a big impact. I personally like to combine shades/blinds with curtains, as it's both practical and it looks luxurious.
- Indirect lighting enhances the visual intimacy of a room. Table lights, floor lamps, wall spots.. With the right bulbs, indirect lighting creates a calm vibe, and it helps you create different zones if you have a bigger space to decorate.
- Invest in warm light bulbs. Try different types before settling on one, and (in my opinion) warm, golden tones work best for homes. Blue, bright LED lights rarely complement your interior and decorations, and they make for harsh-looking rooms. It has also been proven again and again that exposure to blue light at night harms our sleeping quality.
- Get big rugs. For the living room: The front feet of your sofa and chairs should all fit on the rug. There are various schools of thought on this one, by the way, but a tiny rug barely covering the surface of your couch table tends to look a bit forlorn. For your dining table and chairs: The rug needs to be big enough for your chairs to be pulled out comfortably, without any of the chair legs sliding oveoutside the rug.

As a person who has dealt with many platoons while in a squad and solo succesfully, heres some tips i find very helpful(sorry if its a bit long):
• Know your ground. Having the home turf be your personal playground can be key to confusing your enemy. You must learn the best way to move around the building the fastest and most efficient way possible.
• Knowledge is power. Knowing your enemy's location and plan is key to killing them. Keep on prox chat and listen to what they say and how stressed/ loud they are to figure out the desperation of their situation and to predict their movement.
• Draw out the battle. Dont rush the enemy. They might be in groups which will kill you. Take your time, use your tacticals and feild upgrades. Set your traps, whatever it takes to slow them down, piss them off and make mistakes.
•Seperate your enemy. Platoons are confident that they can take out a solo player and will probably seperate to try to attack you from all sides This is their biggest mistake. The fast ttk allows for quick and rapid strikes, allowing you to pick off your enemy quick and ez. However this tip is a bit difficult and doesnt always work.
• Utilize AI. Bots rush in from helicopters and other vehicles when there is alot of player activity in a region. Bots spawn in alot more when players are close to each other. Let the bots wear down your enemy and distract them. Then either push if you can, which i dont reccomend, or just gtfo. Still experimenting with this one
• Anti armour rounds can be a godsend, be sure to use them whenever you get them.
• Never trust your enemy. Never accept the plea. Dont let your guard down until the body despawns, an indication that the player has left the game and has no teamates to rely on. Your enemy will beg you to revive him and will act like he will do your every bidding, but will backstab you the moment he gets revived.
• Enemies are disorganised if they aren't pre-made platoons. So you'll probably not even have to fight the entire 6 man
And thats all i remember, sorry if its long but these tips are great and work well for me

My (18f) relationship with my mother has plummeted in the last two years. After a strained relationship, I left for college last august and have lowered contact with her. This past year, I have been informed about behaviors from her that I was previously unaware of from my dad (they’re divorced) and her best friend. She had an affair with the married father of my childhood best friend and planned to take me, my little sister, and my best friend and run away with us to a different country. This resulted in my parents divorcing, and moving back to the United States (we were living abroad at the time). Since then, I have discovered that she has severely abused a variety of hard drugs, and used the house I lived in as a place to sell them. It has also been implied that she is prostituting herself as well. I’ve also learned that one of her boyfriends broke into our house, stole her gun, and threatened to kill himself. She also paid his bail when he went to jail for beating the mother of his kids, but refused to help me pay for college because she was short on money. My dad has been able to settle out of court with her to prevent my sister (15f) from going back to her house, but she is refusing to even address that this has happened. Her only acknowledgment was to ask us not to tell her side of the family that this had happened, but she has done nothing to take any accountability. She tries to text and call me like normal, but I can’t just brush past this. I still want to have a relationship with her, but i don’t know how to get there from where I am now.

This is a bit of a long one, as I think our situation is a little unusual.
I have recently finished uni and got a decent paying first job lined up a distance away from my parents house, but close to my partner's house so I'm moving in with her.
We'll be in her bedroom in her parents house. It's a small room and a busy house, but it will work short term so we can save up a little.
In 6 months time, I imagine we should have £15k in joint savings for a deposit. By this time, or earlier, I think we'd have gone insane living in her small bedroom.
At that point, how should we look to moving out into our own property? £15k doesn't seem enough for first time buyers to get a mortgage, with the average property price in our area being around £200-250k, even for a flat. Rental prices are around £800/month, again for a flat.
From what I've found through research, I think these are our options... -rent while saving for a bigger deposit to buy our ideal house -buy the cheapest flat we can find, pay off some of the mortgage until we have enough for a deposit for an ideal house -go for a buying scheme such as shared ownership, rent to buy, etc, either to build a deposit or get an ideal house for us
As someone new and unfamiliar to all this, I've seen a lot of contrasting opinions on the many schemes and I'm a bit lost. I want to maximize our money, it would hurt to sacrifice so much income on rent when it's essentially dead money we won't see again. Though it may make sense if it keeps us sane and allows us to save for a deposit on a good house.
Collectively we will be earning just over £50k/yr before tax, I don't know how much we should expect to be offered as first time buyers looking for mortgages.
What would our best option be, given our circumstances? Are there more options I didn't list?
To add to this confusion, ideally in 5-10 years, I'd like to move away to the other side of the UK, so is it even worth mortgaging in such a short space of time?
I hope this post wasn't too jumbled- I'm hoping someone can point us in the right directions.

Hello. Some time ago saw a trailer of this show but didn't give to much attention because wasn't the stuff I used to watch. Now I got to like this kind of movies, and I still remember this one, and I would love to find it. From the trailer I remember being a slow paced sci fi, not much action, focused more on dialogues, with beautiful visuals ( the kind of big and bright planets you can see at night when you watch the sky). It's a new one, years 2020-2022. If anyone could help I would really appreciate this. Thank you in advance.

I'm currently on my 2nd run (around 100 cycles) but I start to feel lost a bit as sometime just building a Hydrogen power supply can be a challenge with a lot of possibilities on how to optimise it, but a few on how to just make a very simple one. In my previous run I just started to use the Natural Geyser gas for power supply, I also had a Petrol Geyser that I didn't start using so i never used Petrol. In my new run I have a Cold Water Geyser, so I already started to pump the water that is generated from the heat into my system (big enough to hold the temp). I have two Farm rooms (mealwood for food), three ranch for the hatch (started to upgrade them to sage hatch and kill the surplus aswell), one ranch for drecko (for Exosuits later).I have a few rooms like a hospital, a Great hall, Barraks as well.I also have an auto power supply with two electrolyzer and 3 pumps that pump hydrogen into the generator that supplies the electrolyzer & pump, and another generator that is used for the surplus. (but i'm having issues on how to split the gas in the generator). You can find the setup in this video . Altho I have a difference on how the gaz are separated between the generator that power the all setup and the generator that use the surplus. - What does the Farm station give ? > Beside bonus room. Does it auto fertilize the room ? So no more Dupes bringing the fertilizer ? - How to find other geyser and what to do with it ? > Currently in my run I have two Cold steam Geyser, one hot polutted Oxygen, and one polutted water and I'm not really sure on what to do with it. > Cold steam is used for water atm but wonder if it can run a steam turbine on it. Same with the hot poluted Oxygen, i think here steam turbine would be the best. For the polutted water, i guess i just use the polutted water and filter it. - What are "ancients" buildings for ? > Like a door asking me to bioscan my Dupes before going in. > I used the Neural Vacillator in one of my Dupes, so i know what it does. But what are the other ? - Guide or example on how gas or liquid separation work > Atm all my hydrogen go into the generator that is used for the surplus of hydrogen - How to make Dupes take back the Exosuits into the station ? > In my previous run I had a station of Exosuits, Dupes would take the Exosuits when leaving the room, but not put it back into the station. Why ? - How to make petrol & plastic without a petrol geyser ? > I never did plastic & petrol, how do i make plastic & petrol without a geyser ? - What are the other plants and animal used ? > It might be a dumb question, but why would i try to farm something else than mealwood or Pincha Pepper for food, hatch for coil and a bit of meat. It feels "too hard" for the reward Here is the picture of my base, you can see I was planning on doing another self supply hydrogen generator, but I started to have issues with heat so that might not be the best option. My base PS : That goes without saying, but I'm playing on easy mode. This game is already hard enough, I don't want my Dupes to be picky. But maybe I should give a try. Idk PS2 : I just bought the DLC, so this run might be a good idea to try thing I didn't do, like petrol, steam turbine, cooling system etc.. |

It's startin' to dawn on me that some extensive kitbashing may be in order if I wanna make a Hive Fleet more firmly reminiscent of dinosaurs. so to that end, I may need to see about getting a bunch of loose pieces to properly apply the Tyranid style on other models, maybe some dinos from the Artisan Guild series or smthn, I dunno, those Brute Wyverns would make for some great Hormagaunts and I'm really hoping their Tyrannax is the right size for the Hive Tyrant.
Main point being, what are the best sets to pull apart for kitbashing onto other models, or better yet is there just a way to get loose armor and limb pieces to do just that without dumping a bunch of money on the full models?
