3 Months in with my car! 2015 Citroen C4 e-hdi 1.6
Has a turbo underboost fault, scanner says nothing else other than P0299 Turbo Underboost. The turbo is making pressure and the pipework goes rock hard when boosting, just doesn't seem to be getting to the engine!
Replaced Turbo Actuator, VAC Control Valve, checked the EGR, cleaned pipework in/out of EGR. Had all boost pipework off and checked for leaks, splits etc. Still Nothing.
It's been in 2 Garages and to a Citroen Specialist... Still nothing.
It Drives, and gets to motorway speeds when pushed, but no boost at all.

I need some advice and I guess some validation. I divorced the father of my children about 2 years ago due to his anger outbursts and emotional abuse. Like with everyone, it wasn't all bad all the time, and I still feel hesitation to label his behavior abusive.
But, my current challenge is with my son. When my son is upset about being told no or being disciplined for bad behavior (limits on TV and such), he behaves just like his father. He pulls out many of the same complaints his father had about me when he was upset. A big one is that I am unreliable and forget important things all the time. I can never make to my son all the ways I have disappointed him, like throwing him a regular birthday party that he asked for and planned with me instead of a surprise party, like he mentioned one time. (I know! I'm a terrible mom!). Also, the birthday party was completely unrelated to the issue he was upset about.
It's taken a lot of therapy for me to really believe that I am just a normal amount of forgetful. But my son berating me is both triggering for me and unacceptable. I am getting better at getting him to go to another room to cool off and not just letting him go on and on. I know that none of this is his fault and I don't hold any grudges. I never say anything negative about his father or compare my son negatively to his father.
It just keeps happening and I need some better strategies. He's such an amazing kid but I'm so worried about him and it takes it's toll on me too. Has this happened to anyone else? Has anything worked?

Stock futures are flat as investors await key Fed policy decision: Live updates

Stock futures were slightly lower Wednesday as investors braced for the Federal Reserve’s next move in its inflation-fighting rate hiking plan.
Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 14 points, or 0.04%. S&P 500 futures were down 0.02%, while Nasdaq-100 futures dipped 0.14%.
The major averages posted strong gains in the previous session. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 316 points, or nearly 1%. The S&P 500 jumped 1.3%, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 1.58%.
The moves came as fears over the ongoing banking crisis showed signs of easing, with investors “heartened by the increasing likelihood that the end of Fed policy tightening is near,” said Brian Levitt, global market strategist for Invesco.
“Fed tightening cycles typically end with a crisis, and those crises tend to end with policy responses. That may help to explain today’s market moves,” he added.
Investors are looking forward to the latest update from the Fed, at the conclusion of its two-day policy meeting on Wednesday. Most investors expect the central bank to stay committed to its tightening and raise rates by 25 basis points.
As of Wednesday morning, there is about an 85% chance of a quarter-point increase by the Fed, according to CME Group’s FedWatch tool. Meanwhile, there’s a roughly 15% probability of there being no hike.
“We think the Fed will take that next step, that 25 basis point increase, but probably wrap that in some pretty dovish language to indicate they’re close to the end, if not at the end,” said Neuberger Berman’s Erik Knutzen said on CNBC’s “Closing Bell.” “In a way, it almost doesn’t matter, it’s priced in. What’s most important is the broad liquidity being provided through the Fed’s balance sheet and some of the programs they put in place, the liquidity they provided last week.”
He added that that could lead to “considerable tightening, as banks change their posture in this more challenging environment — and that’s the part that we think is going to have the biggest negative impact on the economy.”
Elsewhere, investors are expecting an update on the latest MBA mortgage purchase applications reading. There are also a handful of companies slated to post results Wednesday, including Tencent and Winnebago.

What's on everyone's radar for today's trading day ahead here at StocksMarket?

Well, I finished my first week. It was a good week, I think - I'm down 8lbs! I've been tracking my food intake, trying to manage myself with a safe caloric deficit and increasing my activity where I can and I am going to keep that up as best I can. I was prescribed ozempic to help with my obesity and hopefully, with weight loss, mitigate some impending spin-off health problems (diabetes, heart problems, severe joint issues) that, considering my family history, will catch up with me if I don't make some changes now.

I didn't really notice too much in terms of side effects after the first injection, but I had my second last night (I'm on 0.25), and let me tell you that I either wasn't thinking or wasn't prepared... I ate my usual breakfast this AM and the nausea is REAL. Not so much that I'm ready to hurl but I'm definitely queasy.

Has anybody found a good way to mitigate this in the long term, especially in the higher doses? I'm trying to keep up with hitting my targets so my already low-ish metabolism doesn't totally crumble. Should I just spread out my intake over a much longer period? Any other tips? I don't want to end up hurling my oatmeal every morning!

Everytime when the topic of locrian in pop music comes up, "Army Of Me" by Björk is used as the main example. And technically it is Locrian because the ostinato bass line in the verses uses B♭-C-A♭-G♭ notes and has C as the tonal center. So we have ♭VII, I, ♭V and ♭VI and there is much of D♭(♭II) in vocal line. But there's no G♭ in the verses melody (and there is G natural in chorus melody!). And if you replace that G♭ with G natural in the bassline, it sounds basically the same and still works with the melody. So this song sounds to me more like С phrygian with a "color" note in bassline rather than C Locrian. Is that the right way of thinking?
It seems to me that I've found another example of Locrian and it's the chorus part of "Before I Forget" by Slipknot. Main riff uses notes B-C#-D-E-F#-G-A notes with C# as the tonal center and it looks like pure phrygian, because it is I-♭II-♭III-IV-♭V-♭VI-♭VII and replacing the G (♭V) with G# (V) makes the riff sound very off. But the chorus melody doesn't contain G or G#, for the most part and it has G# note in one of the later choruses. But it has G natural in the verse (in bluesy-sounding G-F#-F#-E-E-C#-E phrase), with underlying riff based on B-C#-D-E notes so I guess this song has Locrian/Phrygian modal mixture? And the bridge which is most melodic part of the song has pure V and ♭II in the guitars but II in the melody (in different places) so it looks like aeolian/phrygian mixture.
So, my question is: what makes Locrian mode "really" Locrian? And can I call verses or choruses in "Before I Forget" the examples of Locrian mode?

So I recently got asked to help mod on another nsfw subreddit. Most of the subs I mod either have very strict automoderator settings or aren't set to nsfw due to a lack of nudity, so I was not really aware of just how bad the bot spam could be in some places.
One of the most obnoxious and persistent bot networks is this one that just keeps coming back no matter what I do.

They'll steal links and titles from other users posts and repost them for themselves. Once you look at their profile, it's filled with these shitty porn ads and affiliate links that they clearly make money on. All of these accounts have lots of karma, which makes it hard to filter them out, and they are recognizable by the auto generated names which they all use. To my surprise, these bots have managed to completely fly under the radar of several big subs. Just go to the frontpage of /twerking or /twerkqueens and see how many of these spam accounts you can find, it's truly ridiculous. I've actually pointed this out to the mods via mod mail but they just ignored me 🤷🏽‍♂️
I'm kind of tired of banning these spammers every day, so I'd appreciate any advice on dealing with them more efficiently. This one twerking sub is literally more effort to mod than all my other subs combined 😂

So I played a good bit of Bo3 on Xbox, and on it I had beat DE twice, one co-op, one solo. I had no major issues either time. But recently I bought Bo3 with all DLC on sale on steam to play with 2 other people who wanted to do the DE EE.
Everything was going roughly fine until we got to the keeper step where you have to follow the ghost and feed it souls with the corresponding bow. I have no idea why, but that step took from round 21 to round 30. Each circle took probably 2-3 full bows worth of ammo. It single-handedly killed our run because we weren’t equipped to deal with the boss on round 31, the panzers just overpowered us completely.
Can someone explain how specifically the game handles that soul box? It took far more zombies than I remember and was just straight up painful. I don’t know if like leaving the circle at all makes it take longer or what.
Side note it also didn’t help that the hellhounds that spawn during the Simon days step never stopped spawning for some reason.

Hello. I have been contemplating getting myself a titan for a while now, and due to my new jobb i can easily afford getting one.
But i have a problem deciding what titan to get. I cant decide if i want a reaver or warbringer. I love the design on both titans, and what makes them special. I love the older design of the reaver, and that it has a interior in the carapace. But the nemesis warbringer titan with quake cannon might be my favorite design of titan. I just love the big d..k energy of it.
But i cant decide between those titans. I would very much like some innput and thoughts what others think of them. And what weapons should i go for on them. I still have some time to decide on whay titan i want due to them beeing unavailable on forge world at the momemt

Personally I don't give a crap about force EXP share, it always has been a thing since literally when JRPG become a concept. The 2nd worst case besides my main issue is that I don't have the option to waste any time by sending my defenseless level 3 abra to the battlefield if i want it to level up and make it actually useful, in which case "oh no what a nightmare"
The real worse, is that it still design like it was an originally an option to turn it off, particularly with the original con that every battle still give out EV stats to all pokemon, even if they don't really benefit it.
I don't think in many playstyle, this benefit anyone either casual much less competitive, because every pokemon will be different, with some pokemon can't be as strong as it could be because its gonna be stuck with useless EV.
abra may get free exp for doing nothing, but he's also getting way too much attack EV because we've been battling 10 shinx or something, which doesn't benefit it at all.
all i want is just overhaul the EV system, turn it like a skill tree mechanic in the stats of the summary page, everytime pokemon wins a battle just give it blank points trainers can fill the blanks to whatever desired stats at any time, something a kin to the sphere grid of final fantasy X which works great.

Based on landlords advice, we moved to a temporary accommodation, on 27th February, due our rented property being uninhabitable, with issues such as black mould, and damp.
These issues were notified more than two years ago (17th Dec 2020 - about the Mold; on 6th Feb 2022- about the general state of repair). The cause of the mold and damp was isolated due to leaks in the property. Landlord finally decided to take action in March 2023, which required us to move to a 1-bedroom cramped apartment, i.e. "alternate accomodation" for 4 weeks, despite being in a rental agreement with him for a 2-bedroom property. This alternate accommodation requires transport to get to my son's school, and located within the congestion zone- all inconveniences and costs that we accepted and endured.
This alternative accommodation expires on Friday 24th March at 10am.
As of today (22/03), the repair works at the property are incomplete, and the flat is still in a state of repair. The flat is not fit or safe for habitation, including missing sections of the floor, and exposed concrete, specifically for my 6-year old child. Despite notifying landlord of this (and sharing images of the state of flat), he asked us today (22nd March) to move our residence back to the flat, claiming that he is unable to extend our "alternative accommodation" citing issues with his insurance provider. He further stated that repair works will be concluded while we stay there, with no ready access to our belongings, as stashed in one room.
Therefore, on Friday 24th March, 10am, we will neither have access to the alternative accommodation, nor have access to a habitable flat, essentially rendering us homeless (unless we pay for extending the current alternative accommodation). Landlord stated clearly on the phone (22nd March, ~11:30am) that he is not willing to pay/make any adjustments to remedy this situation, instead offering us the option to vacate the property.
Our stance is that if our landlord intends to provide us with one months notice, we require suitable accommodation that is not only habitable and safe for our 6 -year old, but commensurate with parameters of the property that we are currently paying rent for (2 bedroom, proximity to school, etc) and terms of the rental agreement.
What legal recourse or other options do we have?
We are up to date with our rental payments, made on-time across the duration of the rental agreement, and all other payments related to the property.

For context my partner and I live together and own a property together however we do not share accounts or finances. Over the past few months I have noticed my partner is fixated on horse racing, every time he opens his phone he checks Racing Post. I initially thought it was a hobby & he often compares it with my shopping habits. I had no idea it was this bad, I should have seen the signs but now it all makes sense. He earns £30k pre tax per year, the 18k would mean hes been depositing around £1,500 per month which isn’t in his means at all. “Fed tightening cycles typically end with a crisis, and those crises tend to end with policy responses. That may help to explain today’s market moves,” he added.
Investors are looking forward to the latest update from the Fed, at the conclusion of its two-day policy meeting on Wednesday. Most investors expect the central bank to stay committed to its tightening and raise rates by 25 basis points.
As of Wednesday morning, there is about an 85% chance of a quarter-point increase by the Fed, according to CME Group’s FedWatch tool. Meanwhile, there’s a roughly 15% probability of there being no hike.
“We think the Fed will take that next step, that 25 basis point increase, but probably wrap that in some pretty dovish language to indicate they’re close to the end, if not at the end,” said Neuberger Berman’s Erik Knutzen said on CNBC’s “Closing Bell.” “In a way, it almost doesn’t matter, it’s priced in. What’s most important is the broad liquidity being provided through the Fed’s balance sheet and some of the programs they put in place, the liquidity they provided last week.”
He added that that could lead to “considerable tightening, as banks change their posture in this more challenging environment — and that’s the part that we think is going to have the biggest negative impact on the economy.”
Elsewhere, investors are expecting an update on the latest MBA mortgage purchase applications reading. There are also a handful of companies slated to post results Wednesday, including Tencent and Winnebago.

What's on everyone's radar for today's trading day ahead here at stocks?

"Why won't you come with me?" Andrea's voice whined down the phone in the tone she always adopted when she wasn't getting her way. "C'mon… please? Everyone else is busy..."
"I already told you, I'm not going back to another one of your shitty dive clubs. Remember last time when I nearly got my eye gouged out in the moshpit? I had to take a week off work."
"So what if you got your bell rung for the first time, you really want to die without any scars? Besides, do you have any idea how hard it was to get these tickets? I had to pay some random street guy double just to get us in the door."
"Well, what's the big deal about this place, then? Why's it so exclusive?"
"Suck Shaft."
"What?"
"Suck Shaft, they're opening. Headliner's some local hick but everyone's going to see Suck Shaft, it's their first gig in like ten years or something. How in the fuck have you never heard of Suck Shaft?"
"Andrea, can you please stop saying 'Suck Shaft' for a minute… let me think…"
"Look, are you coming or not? We'll be in and out in two hours, Tom, I promise. You'll be no worse off for work tomorrow, might even have something interesting to say around the water cooler, ay?"
"Fine... As long as we're only staying for the opener."
"Great! Pick me up at six."

I pulled up outside Andrea's house to find her sitting impatiently on the doorstep and she eagerly bounded over and hopped inside.
"Are you as excited as I am?!" She asked giddily, looking at me with her make-up-caked face. She presented two little white tickets and passed one over. "This is gonna be a night to remember!"
"Yeah, whatever… Two hours, then I'm going home, so don't fuck around, okay?" I put the car in gear and departed from the pavement. "I mean it, Andrea. I can't mess up with this job right now."
"Jeeeez, you're such a stick in the mud…" She groaned dramatically as her eyes rolled back into her head.
As we drove slowly down the decrepit street which was home to the run-down venue I was immediately shocked at just how busy it really was. A swarm of patrons all waiting to get inside mobbed the sidewalk and spilled over into the street. After a tedious fifteen minutes of creeping around, I eventually managed to squeeze the car into a tiny space two streets over.
It was freezing but I gave Andrea my jacket anyway after catching a few passive aggressive 'brrrrr's' as we walked side-by-side to the club.
"Why didn't you just bring your own coat?"
"Well, I didn't know we'd have to park like a hundred fucking miles away, did I?"
"What if it's cold inside? You consider that one, genius?"
"We won't be cold for very long," She shot me a sly wink as she dug into her back pocket and held up a baggie containing two tiny pills stamped with a smiling alien. "Roll with me?"
I looked into her big green pleading puppy dog eyes and found myself unable to say no. That and it had been a while since I'd gotten my hands on some decent ecstasy. Andrea always got good X.
"I'll take half. Remember I still have to get us both home in one piece after this." I said in a defeated voice, but secretly I was excited for the first time that day.
"Yay!" Andrea hopped up and clicked the heels of her Nikes at me. "This is gonna be great!"
She pulled the bag open and bit half a pill, handing me the other half. Then, without any hesitation, she slammed the other full one down too before flashing her tongue at me the way I imagine they make the patients do at mental hospitals after med time.
"For fuck's sake, Andrea. Really? You said two hours. In two hours' time you're gonna be completely gone, I'll probably have to carry you through the dance floor, prise your fingers off the stage just to get you out the door with me."
"A promise is a promise." She booped my nose condescendingly the way you might a small child. I always hated when she did that, endearing as it was. "When it's over, it's over. I won't hold you back."
"I hope not." I'd gotten the pill down quickly, but that bitter taste still permeated the surface of my tongue and a little at the back of my throat. "I really hope not..."
We rounded the corner and joined the back of the line and found ourselves relieved that it was moving relatively quickly. I stood on my toes and got a decent look at the action up front. The bouncer wasn't even really checking the tickets, just a nod in acknowledgement at whatever random white paper was being presented. This prompted me to check the one in my pocket.
It was riddled with typos. I held it up to Andrea and she looked at me as if I was from Mars.
"What?"
"You paid double for fake tickets?"
"Yeah, so what? They'll get us in, won't they?"
"Jesus, Andrea. I swear, two hours and then we're leaving. Okay? This is gonna be a nightmare to get away from, look how busy this fucking street is, it's all because of these fake ticket scalping fucks..."
The ecstasy had begun to take effect and I couldn't help but feel a little shame for just how hard my half a pill was already kicking my ass. I looked over at Andrea for the first time since we'd joined the queue, of which was quickly packed behind us as we gradually approached the front, boxing us in. She was chewing voraciously at her bottom lip. I put my arm around her shoulder reassuringly and she turned to me with her big wobbly pupils. The vibrant green of her irises almost obscured by them.
"We will get in, right? Won't we?" She asked with a sort of desperation that I understood. I'd had a 'bad' X trip before when my plans got cancelled and I'd taken too much, ended up milling around my apartment hugging pillows and gnawing at my toothbrush. I pictured Andrea disappointedly sitting on her couch while she ferociously stroked her cat with hardstyle blasting through her TV speakers.
"Yeah, I think we'll get in. Don't worry." She pulled me closer to her and we embraced. Usually that took an hour or two but the clear overdose had ramped up the process. "Are you sure you're okay to go in here? You shouldn't have done all that at once."
"Oh, y-yeah" She chattered at me through her clenched teeth. She broke away for a second and yelled into the crowd behind us.
"SUCK SHAFT! WOOO!"
She was met with a rallying cry of about two dozen other people who were also prematurely wasted. With a pleased giggle she took my arm again and snuggled in, which was a relief because it was so damn cold on that sidewalk. We got close to the front and I whispered into Andrea's ear.
"Look, just keep your head down and don't look at the bouncer. If he sees how fucked up you are he won't let us in, okay?"
"Okey-doke…"
"Gimme your ticket."
I took her ticket and approached the big man by the door as Andrea half-hid behind me. No words were exchanged, barely even a look. He grabbed our tickets, and in we went.
"Here's your jacket back." Andrea thrust my knockoff leather jacket towards me and I put it back on, knowing that it'd eventually just become a hindrance in the heat. I followed closely behind as we descended the sickly white painted concrete stairwell, already littered with cigarette butts and empty bottles and vomit possibly from the night before. The music was getting louder as we got closer to the underground set. Thick swathes of bass resonated in the walls and in the floor and the ceiling and I felt myself come alive.
The stairs ended after a few turns and Andrea took my hand and led me into the packed crowd, all moving sinuously to the beat. I felt a jab in my ribs but I didn't care. We were somewhere close to the stage, but I couldn't tell where. My vision flickered and moved with my body as I danced with Andrea, every so often taking an accidental shove from a stranger and giving out a few of my own. That moment, I don't know how long it lasted, but it was the last time I was ever truly happy.
I brushed it off at first, something being shouted that looking back, I know must have been 'fire'. I just didn't want to believe it. Then, when the dancefloor broke its rhythm and people began to push into us towards the exit, I realized what was happening. Andrea looked into my eyes and I could see she knew it too, that rapturous joy snuffed out by terror. When the real world creeps into the fantasies we use to escape, turning them foul forever.
The music was still blaring, but the stage was empty. Smoke trickled out from behind it. Screams began to overtake the bass as people crammed in beside us, all running in the same direction. The lit single door exitway was in near darkness spare a few gaps that weren't full of people squeezing through. It was utter chaos.
All around us the ones who'd fallen over were stepped on in the scramble, I could hear their bones snapping under the weight of frantic footfalls and their pained reactions as they gasped their last breaths before giving in. Several men and women were actively shoving people back, throwing elbows and punches with others retaliating and then succumbing to the trampling themselves. We managed to reach the exit door leading to the stairs, but as I squeezed myself through Andrea's wrist got caught in the doorframe and was shattered by the incoming horde pushing through the cramped doorway three at a time. She screamed, shrieked out, and then was lost. I didn't look back, I was overcome with an unbearable rage. I stood in that doorway and I kicked out hard, knocking at least a dozen people back into the club, which was now entirely ablaze as flames engulfed the stage rendered near invisible by the thick black smoke.
I wasn't giving anything close to a fuck. I jerked my elbows into noses, I yanked back two womem ahead of me and they tumbled backwards down the stairs into the fiery oblivion below. I kicked and I punched and I shoved and I think I even bit a guy at one point, until eventually, I managed to wriggle through the open door and into the night air as sirens screeched down the street towards the scene. I looked back over my shoulder at the carnage as other escapees of the blaze rushed past me to safety. I did too, except I didn't stop running.
I got in my car and I drove home.
Fifty-three people died in that club that night. Seventy were injured, many in ways that'll surely have made their lives a living hell since. Andrea. I'm not sure if Andrea died in the crush or under some fucker's boot or if the smoke got her, or the fire. All I know is that she didn't make it. I just hope it was quick. Oh, fuck, how I hope it was quick... I look back and it's like I can see her lying there by that jammed up door with her wrist all bent backwards with the bone sticking out while she pleads, begs, the other people there to help her. Everyone ignored her. I ignored her.
I don't like to think about it. I can't. So I don't. I moved away. Nobody knows I was there, or what I did. I know I'll never forget it, though. I know that I'll never forgive myself.
