Hello, I am hoping to get some help, and would love any advice I could get as I’m honestly confused and don’t know how to say what I need. Up until recently I’ve identified as bi with preference for women, as I’ve been attracted to men but have never been with one beyond kissing. I recently was with a gay friend and we got very intimate, but now that I’ve experienced being with a man I know it’s not for me. I want to tell him, but am worried he will think I am just calling him bad at it? I don’t know if that’s a valid concern to have or if im just overthinking it, and I definitely don’t want to hurt our friendship. I’d love some insight if anyone has had that conversation, what’s a good way to word my feelings without hurting his? Thanks everyone!

A male friend of mine, who also used to be my ex (don’t lecture me, it’s complicated) said that he’s learned that all men are the same. He told me that he looks for women as emotional support until he finds someone more “exciting”. I always thought he was one of the good ones, despite his many issues. It’s sad to think that all men think this way. It makes me not even wanna get married. Is this really true or is he just projecting?

My aunt has been a surrogate mother to me since my real mother and I have a very hostile relationship. I believe I became some kind of surrogate to her too because she was never able to have kids of her own. The way she shows her love to people is by giving them gifts. When I was younger I appreciated these gift but at a certain point my room would be overwhelmed with overstocked shelves, a closet full of clothes that I never wore, and boxes of items that I would never use. I felt bad because at a certain point I would have to downsize and most of the gifts she gave me would go to good will or thrift shops. As I got older and later moved into my own house she had continued to give me gifts in large quantities. At first I was greatful for the help in furnishing my house but at a certain point she started to overdo it. Now I have no space to put anything in my small house. I finally mustered up the courage and told her that although I am grateful for the gifts she needs to ask me if I want something before purchasing it. That I feel bad for not using the stuff she gives me and I felt bad that she was wasting her money on me. Then she got angry at me saying that I should just use the stuff she gives me or that it would be useful eventually. Now reader I know that its nice to have stuff on hand just in case but not when I have enough utensils to stock all the resultants in town, knickknacks that are in boxes because I have no room on my shelves, and a wooden/ glass cabinet for the box of china that are both sitting in the garage since they can not fit in my house. I have tried to refuse her gifts nicely, tried to come up with a compromise by having her text me pictures of what she wants to give me so I can say no or yes, but this has left us constantly fighting over this issue. I love her so much but I can not accept her gifts without feeling bad for having to get rid of it later since I have no place for anything. Does anyone have some advice for how to get her to stop or atleast slow her down?

I finnaly did my first ceremony.It was in a place in the eastern european mountains(I cant say the exact place and country for safety reasons).The Shaman and the people who hosted it are amazing and the food was great,also the Shaman gave me alot of knowledge about life while we were talking during the days before and after the ceremony and the people who was participating in the ceremony were very nice and we talked about life and other things and the energy was very positive and relaxed.So it was only one ceremony and in the begining the give you a tobaco to roll by yourself and say your prayеr to it and why you are there,what you want the medicina to help you for.Then everybody start to smoke it while the Shaman call his prayers and in some time they collect the tobacos from the people and put them around the fire altar.Then we start with a peyote tea and paste.I drank one glass of tea and ate two spoons from the paste and in some time the give from it again and did the same.I didnt had any visuals from the peyote.It was more like emotionally for me.At one point I was crying ,then smiling and listened to the beautiful songs of the singers.Then at some point it was time for the ayahuasca.It tasted good to me and I drank it with no problem but the moment the ayahuasca was in my stomach I was ready to vomit imediatly but I try to hold it for as much as I can but in around 10 minutes I just purged it.At this point I was feeling a little bit disapointed because everyone else was holding it for over an hour maybe and some didnt even purged at all.I thought that I fucked up the medicine because of the quick purge but he next day the Shaman told me that it was because I didnt have much to clean from my mind and also that mother ayahuasca knows what I need and the next time it can be absolutely diferent expirience.So with the ayahusca I also didnt have many visuals and again it was more emotional for me.Even now I can feel the emotions in my mind and I feel really relaxed with myself and my mind. Im so glad that I did it and I cant wait to do it again in the summer and see what mother Ayahusca have for me this time.

Funnily enough it’s one of my dads favorite movies. Now when I say breeze I mean that as a compliment. It’s not too complicated and not a whole lot of political or social commentary. It’s just a good old fashioned fun film to watch if you just want some adventure! It’s not to long. Just under 2 hours and manages to have a interesting and involving plot. How these bad men conspire to frame Edmond and solve their problems. The action scenes feel very realistic but also exciting. Jim Caviezel’s performance is so inspirational. He’s starts out good hearted but kinda dumb. His journey of being wrongly imprisoned is sad but you really root for him as he becomes this well educated and sophisticated count and enacts his revenge. Which is very satisfying to watch. Goes to show anyone can improve themselves with time and a good mentor. Richard Harris who also is very good. And Guy Pearce is so good he can play a good hero to here playing a nasty and pompous villain! Goes from being a good friend that protects Edmond to betraying him out of jealousy and his lust for Mercedes. Also I got to give shout out to Michael Wincott as the sadistic warden. He always plays villains but always plays them well. Plus a young Henry Cavill!

Do you think we are currently in a massively inflated bubble with game values?
I get how people say the bubble is not going to pop, games will hold their value, etc. I don't think there will be a pop where everything is suddenly worthless again... but I have come to the think that where prices are right now, just aren't reflective of the reality of supply and demand. I think they are inflated beyond the actual demand. I feel like sometime soon, a reality check will hit and prices will cool off and start to make more sense.
To me, a tell tale sign we are in a bubble, is the fact that "filler" type games, have become considerably pricey and that should never happen in a market of true supply and demand. What do I mean by filler? By this I mean, any game that's not very popular, not very sought after, but there are still a high number of copies out there that exist, so it's also not rare.
Years ago, when I started collecting games, filler games were always significantly cheaper than games that were popular. The cost was only a small fraction of what the more popular games were. Today, the cost of some of those filler games are a much larger percentage of the cost of the more popular games. I'll give one prime example of hundreds (if not thousands) just like what I'm describing. The game "Paperboy" on the Nintendo 64. Many copies of this game were produced by a major publisher Midway, it did not review well, most people did not like the game, and it has never been popular in the lore of the N64. I've personally seen copies of the game in about 3 or 4 different stores in the past few weeks, and there's tons of them on eBay right now. Despite all of this, the game regularly commands $25, as where Super Mario 64 (arguably the most loved game on the console) only fetches $40 on average. Paperboy is a perfect example of a filler game that is more than half the cost of one the best games ever. A game that almost nobody wants to own, versus a game that almost everyone wants to own.
If we weren't in a pricing bubble, the price would reflect the actual demand. In the bubble, or perhaps in a period of collecting frenzy, pretty much anything that's a retro video game, is considered somewhat valuable by virtue of being a retro video game.
My theory is that this trend is going to cool off sooner than later, and games which are not truly in high demand by those who actually seek to play the games they buy, will see the sharpest decrease in prices over time. Super Mario 64 will never be super cheap again, but it also will probably become more affordable, while Paperboy will once again be relegated to the bargain bin where it belongs, rather than being placed under glass like it's some sort of significant and valuable part of N64 history.
I feel that prices across the board are reaching the peak of what's going to be considered acceptable for most who don't consider themselves hardcore collectors. I see it often, people walking away from $50 price tags on their childhood favorites. Once many games reach brand-new game prices and beyond, a significant number of buyers drop off. I feel like we're at that point already. Copies of old games do not hold an inherent value, and it's time we stop paying higher prices when we know they don't make sense, especially in an age where any of these can be accessed without a physical copy. I predict a slow meltdown of prices to begin soon. What do you think?

This is going to be my first time traveling overseas. I will be traveling with a friend for the most part, but I’ll be alone for 9 days total as my trip is longer than his. I will also be visiting some of my Japanese friends that studied at my university last year. For days when I’m alone, I plan on doing a few day trips outside of Tokyo.
For some information, I’ve already got both my airbnbs booked and I will not be spending anymore money on accommodations. So I will only do day-trips near Tokyo. The only part of my itinerary that’s nearly 100% complete is my Kyoto portion. Everything else isn’t set in stone yet as it will just vary on weathewhat’s open etc.
I have 130,000¥ in cash already, and plan to not go over $2500.00USD after I spend all my cash. This includes money for food,transportation,souvenirs and anything else that I purchase.
I know that my daily plans are only focused on one area for the main part, but that’s deliberate so I don’t over plan. I’m sure I’ll do more than one area most days. (I’m aware that most restaurants/cafes don’t open until 10/11am)

The camera is lightly used with some scuffs on the bottom plate from being set down and a small scratch on the LCD. I placed a screen protector on it after noticing the scratch to prevent further wear. The EVF works perfectly; I would highly recommend this for those who wear glasses because it has a diopter dial and great eye relief.
The 7artisans lens is in great condition with just some finger print smudges on the lens
There is also some QOL accessories included such as a shutter release button and a thumb grip. Two extra third party batteries are included. An extra screen protector is included in case you’d like to redo it.
All of the original packaging is included with the original battery, charger, and documentation. The Fuji body has the latest firmware.

I’m looking for advice on the appropriate type of attorney to engage. I currently work for one of the FAANG companies and have been involved in an HR investigation for the last 6 months. The background involving the situation is the following -

- I was forced to work with a partnecustomer that was verbally and physically abusive.
- I originally worked with HR to be removed from the situation since my boss told me to just deal with it.
- My boss retaliated against me and actively worked to pressure me to leave or present a situation to get fired.
- After the above, I took the appropriate steps and then opened an HR investigation that ended with no real action and I’m required to continue working for this same boss since there is a movement and hiring freeze.
- There have been comments made and actions to remove me from the team environment which is composed of all men. I am a woman.
- The only results of the HR investigation was the creation of a number of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID & E) actions within the company and a stern talking to for the manager.
- This process has taken its toll on me professionally and emotionally.

What I’m looking for is help with the following -
- Advice and recommendations on how to engage an attorney and what type to see if I have a case as currently the only way I can get out of this situation is to quit.
- I’m a remote employee and don’t know if I would need to file a case in my home state or the state the company is based out of.

Over the course of 50 years, cases of meta powers have been rising more and more. Causing more and more chaos in the world, particularly in the US as it has the largest percentage of meta people and with that has come controversy.
People are split in how meta should be addressed with multiple viewpoints between the two extremes of "meta people should be allowed to use their powers at their discretion" and "meta people shouldn't be allowed in society at all."
This has reached a boiling point due to extremist acts in the name of meta power use causing a department within the government known as the Department of Meta Phenomenon to be given full reign to do whatever they think is necessary to fix the problem of meta people in society. The DMP is opposed by those who support the Meta Liberation Movement, causing conflicts to arise more and more.

Now for information on how the game is actually run, we'll be using a slightly altered version of Fate Accelerated Edition. It'll be on Sundays at around 8 pm EST and we'll pretty much only be using discord. I'm open to anyone, new or experienced players, as long as you are 20 or older.
