Hi all, I've been looking to find an Odin Lite in the US but haven't had much luck yet with hardware swap or ebay and was wondering if there's any other recommendations. I did place an order directly on the AYN website for a new console but I might have been too late to get in this most recent batch of shipments.

I know people want to be involved and are excited and enthusiastic or what not. But this all pales in comparison to the mothers excitement and also mom and dads feelings come first before anyone else’s. I have had people complain, call me a baby hog, whine about me not “sharing” my baby with them. But you don’t need to share your baby it’s your baby! You can’t hog your own baby.
I’m gonna sound harsh here, this goes out to mainly the grandparents (yes you grabby grandma!!) but I really dislike having everyone in my space fussing over my baby and trying to care for her when I’m literally sitting here capable, willing, able bodied and wanting to do it myself. I am also a bit of a perfectionist/(call me a control freak) and I’m also very introverted, I didn’t want to be made to compromise over the care of my baby. I feel so claustrophobic and annoyed whenever people fight me on taking care of her. Like I’m her mom it’s literally my job, let me do it. I have felt guilted into letting others take over in the past but no more. I always just end up feeling awkward and anxious and like I have taken a backseat and I despise it.
I’m not trying to hate on anyone here, I know for some moms this can be incredibly helpful and a relief to get a break or for some people it’s a bonding experience, or others need to go back to work and are forced to become comfortable with someone else caring for their child and people who are in a position of caring for the child need to be able to learn in order to do it properly.
But for all the mamas out there that really would just rather do it themselves just do it then, it’s your child, if you don’t want to then you really don’t need to share the childcare tasks with anyone who doesn’t necessarily need to do it other (than your spouse of course) but don’t be made to feel guilty about it. There are many other ways to bond with a baby. These people have had their baby and have had their chance to take care of their own baby, this is yours! And even if they haven’t so what! NOT their baby! And if they shared the tasks with their mother in law or mother or anyone else for that matter that’s on them! It’s not on you to reimburse them. Do whatever the hell you want to do with your baby because again, it’s YOUR baby.
People act like a mom is crazy for not wanting to hand her baby off to everyone else or to let everyone else take over. She waited 9 months for this baby, maybe even longer, she has anticipated doing all these things with HER baby for so long, this is her time! So for the love of god just let her enjoy her time with her baby and give her space if she wants it.
Also don’t come at me, because it goes without saying that of course I’m happy to have people who love and care about her and the more people who love her the better.
So go for it socialize with her and bond with her all you want. When you visit, read her books, talk with her play with her toys but just don’t try and take over or share the role in mothering, unless mom or dad asks you to!! You are the babies mother and nobody is more important right now than mom, dad, and baby. your little family matters, nobody else’s feelings or opinions matter. Don’t be afraid to do what’s best for you and your child. Set your boundaries in a way that honours your feelings. You are well within your right to do so. This is your child, your experience. Don’t let anybody take that from you.

Hello… I (17F) confronted my mom (38) yesterday. For context; Yesterday I was taking a shower and also shaving my legs, when all of a sudden I heard my mom banging and kicking my door as if I was doing something bad. I stopped the water and I yelled “What do you need” she didn’t responded so I just minded my business again. Not even five minutes later she opened the bathroom door and let my lil cousin (6F) enter, ( my bathroom has 2 door one goes to my room and the other to my parents room) and she went to my room, mind you I don’t mind my lil cousin being on my room at all but god damn it they couldn’t even wait for me to finish so they can leave her in my room.
I rushed, I didn’t even shaved my legs properly! When I got out my cousin wasn’t there but I was already bothered. I go to my room and I hear my cousin outside asking me to open the door, I told her to wait because I was going to change.
Mins later I called my mom to my room and I confronted her I said “why would you let her in when im showering, you wouldn’t like it if I do the same to you, couldn’t you just wait till I was done?” she looked behind her and told my cousin not to go to my room anymore. I just left because I knew that if I stayed there I would’ve said something or do something bad because my mental health hasn’t been the best this days. She goes to the kitchen and tells my aunt that I said that I don’t like my cousin being in my room and that I’m a selfish brat and that I only care for myself only. She made a whole drama about it, she even told my grandma that I was being f*cking selfish. That made my aunt sad and mad at the same time, because she (my aunt) is like a mom to me.
I was (still am) so embarrassed because my mom made a whole drama about something that SHE did. I stayed in my room the whole evening, I didn’t even went to eat with them because I felt so terrible. When they left I went to my mom’s room and I confronted her about it, I told her why she did it and why was she being so over dramatic about something she is guilty and that I never said I didn’t wanted my cousin in my room, I also told her not to bang or kick my door because she wasn’t going to replace it if she breaks it.
My step dad got it and he told me that this is not my house and if I live here I have to deal with it, he threatened by telling me to hit my mom if I was that angry. He told me that I was being so disrespectful and that I don’t deserve anything. At that point I was crying not because I was sad, I was crying out of madness. Now I don’t know how I’m going to look my aunt in the eyes next weekend because my mom misunderstood the situation. I’m planning on staying on my room for the rest of the day. Because I don’t want to deal with their bull crap anymore.

Foreign fan from UK visiting the Netherlands on the weekend of the 8th April.
Going to see Eindhoven/Ajax/Feyenoord and possibly Utrecht 2 in the weekend.
Annoyingly - Ajax have moved their game back a couple hours, which makes getting to Rotterdam (to see Feyenoord) a little tighter.

With the Feyenoord game beginning at 8pm, the Ajax game finishing at 6:45 (give or take - accounting for 2 hours for game/half time) - what would be the best way to get from Amsterdam to Rotterdam to be (roughly) on time for the Feyenoord game?
Would a taxi be the best bet? If so - are there any companies we could take? Would Uber be a better a bet?
Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.

First what is the meagre moral fruits argument? Its an argument that in simplified form essentially says that a particular religion claims to be about righteousness or holiness, but for a particular religion that claims these things it produces "meagre moral fruits". They don't live up to the moral claims of said religion and actually produce the opposition of moral fruits. I am paraphrasing the argument.
Now who is Oscar Romero? Oscar Romero was a Latin American cleric who was the former Archbishop of El Salvador from 1977-1980 as well as a canonised saint of the Catholic Church. He is also recognised by the United Nations General assembly as a major defender of human rights in the 20th century with a special day honour on March 24. Romero is honoured because of his famous stand against the military dictatorship within his country backed and propped up by CIA trained death squads that murdered up to 75,000 people within his country as well as a defender of the rights of the poor.
Initially a traditionalist, when he became Archbishop of El Salvador, he began to denounce the repression instituted by the government at the time as well as their death squads. He was influenced by Latin American Liberation theology as well as the sermons of his best friend the Blessed Rutilio Grande, who delivered a famous sermon at Apopa in 1977 which led to his martyrdom. Romero himself, influenced by the example of his fellow priests as well as the Biblical texts such as Exodus, the social justice motifs of the Old Testament prophets, and the example of Christ began to denounce the repressive dictatorship and its death squads in his sermons and homilies which were broadcast on radio to the masses. Those masses were made up of the poor, the working class, peasant and indigenous communities in the country side. They would then reach beyond the countryside to most of Central America where peasant and indigenous communities under repressive and genocidal regimes would be inspired by his stand. The death squads in his own nation would engage in extermination campaigns where they would torture, and slaughter entire villages or take their infants and hack them with machetes in front of their parents to pacify these communities so they didn't fall under "communism".
Romero took a stand against these forces at great cost. First, when he spoke out on the radio, the airforce of the dictatorship would bomb his radio stations and then he would personally go our and manually by hand fix the stations that had gotten bombed, even though he would have been hit by an airstrike. Then he was arrested and thrown in solitary confinement. When he was released he kept preached anyways in his Cathedral. Then the military took over his cathedral and turned it into a barracks. When we went in to take the Eucharist the officers kicked him to the ground and while they were kicking him he still defiantly picked up the Eucharist pieces anyways. Then afterwards when he was thrown out of his own Church he returned with a crowd of peasants, workers and indigenous peoples who faced down the tanks and machine guns pointed at them with silent disobedience, the result being that the soldiers backed down and the Church was retaken. Romero would then tell the people in front of them "You are Jesus, in the here and now. He is crucified in you today just as much as he was crucified 2000 years ago on that mountain outside Jerusalem". Alluding to the point that Christ in solidarity with their oppression because he himself lived under a brutal and repressive military occupation and was crucified under it. Ultimately because of his outspokenness, he was assassinated while delivering Mass. The result of his activism was a range of things from peacemakers and social justice activist who would play a role in ending El Salvador's Civil War and its transition to Democracy, to women's rights activists who were encouraged by him to take a stand against sexual violence, to millions of grassroots movements across Latin America inspired by his example to stand against repression.
Now I could have used other examples like MLK, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and others. I just chose Romero because this weekend was his feast day. This is the opposite of "meagre moral fruits". These are "major moral fruits" inspired explicitly by his Christian faith as he made clear in his sermons and writings. And it also exposes as flaw in the argument. Namely that the argument tends to be selective in terms of its understand of the history and theology of religions. And in some areas it actually exposes the ignorance and lack of knowledge sometimes of people who make it. Because a lot of the people who make these arguments probably know very little about Oscar Romero, or Liberation theology, or the vast social justice and human rights traditions within the history of Christianity and religions in general.

My wife, myself, and our 2 kids (10 and 7) will be staying in Stockholm, Sweden for 4 days in late July. We are definitely planning to see the Vasa Museum and have been urged to go to Skansen. Hello, Im wondering if this sub could help me (please direct me elsewhere if this isn't the right place).
I had a PC built by PC specialist around 4 years ago, I chose the parts myself but had little knowledge about building PC's. I don't think I chose the best set up for Its intended use.
I use my PC mainly for Graphic Design (illustrator, photoshop) 3D Design (Blender, Zbrush) & other creative programmes (after effects, premiere pro). But I've noticed when running these programmes, my computer freezes costing time and interrupting my workflow.

I'd like to move away from RGB in general and from my current RGB heavy PC specialist case to something more subtle like the Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mid Tower. So I will be transferring current parts over to that case or something similar.
I've tried using part picker but when I use my current specs it says the parts in my build do not work together, so its a little confusing.
Please help/ suggest some new parts for a better build using my current PC parts
I have around £500 for some upgrades (not including the new case) although I can stretch to a little bit more if needed.

I have a 10 month old and 3.5 year old who I love more than anything. I’m the sole provider while my husband stays home. With lack of daycare and crazy expensive prices when they do have openings, it’s just the best solution right now even though it’s tight on our budget. I work on the side too (remote evening work) to bring in extra money for us and am getting ready to train my husband on it too to help us double our efforts to increase revenue.
That said, my kids hate when I got to work in the am and it sometimes makes me emotional on the drive after seeing their crying faces in the window waving bye to me. They’re so excited when I get home that it usually results in the toddler showing off or misbehaving out of uncontrollable excitement while the baby cries and clings to me all evening.
Weekends are similar since they don’t see me much during the week, so it’s 5 am to 7 pm nonstop of this behavior and it gets so overwhelming for my anxiety. I don’t know how to get us through a weekend with calmer behavior and less anxiety from me.

Hi! I’m Lenny. I’m a sixteen year old male who’s been roleplaying for about three years. I’m capable of writing 1+ paragraphs, though I usually write between four and six. I match my partner’s length, so you’re free to write however much you want! I only have a couple requirements, being you must be semi-literate to literate (1+ full paragraphs, 2+ preferred) and you must be able to write Serana canonically.
Recently, I bought the Anniversary Edition for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and a few creation club creations made me really want to make that Dragonborn into an OC to RP with! This being said, my OC (Elysia) does start off with a couple Creations along with them, that being the unicorn and Arachnia. More information on Elysia will be provided in DMs! Also, I have variations of Elysia as both male and female. All depending on my partner's preference.
Side note, this is NOT a romance RP! I am looking for quite the opposite, actually. I'm open to doing romance, but it would need to REALLY make sense and also be really slow. This being said, I would much rather Serana and Elysia have a twin-sibling like bond. Able to banter with each other, but when it comes down to it, they will stand back to back to keep the other one safe.

The journey was over. First, together, they slayed Harkon, the dreaded vampire and father of Serana. Then, the World-Eater: Alduin. Then, Miraak, the other Dragonborn. Skyrim was safe. Elysia filled their role has the Dragonborn, the protector of Skyrim, even if they did refuse to become the high ruler, that honor went to Jarl Elisif. Everything was fine. Nobody would dare threaten Skyrim's peace as long as Elysia was still alive and fighting. Skyrim experienced a time of peace. Bandits and other petty thieves ceased to exist out of fear of hearing the mythical shouts.
Serana and Elysia parted ways. Elysia left her to fulfill their role as the protector, while Serana dealt with her own personal issues. Maybe they would cross paths again, some day. Maybe old age would catch up with Elysia before they got the chance. Who knew? What the future had in store was untold. Vampires were done for, leaving Fort Dawnguard useless. Only Isran remained, and possibly Serana. With Harkon gone, it's just as likely that she claimed Castle Volkihar for herself. On the other hand, Elysia sought to perfect their skills in the arcane, and learn as many shouts as he could. Their lust for knowledge was a savior sometimes, but could just as well be their downfall.
Five short years passed. Five years after Alduin fell, something happened. All of Tamriel was plunged into war. A battle for who would claim themselves as the ruler of Tamriel. Jarl Elisif tried her best to keep Skyrim safe from the war, but no matter how hard she tried, it was impossible to keep the inhabitants safe from the Earth-shaking battles of the war. Skyrim had to remain neutral. Anybody who tried and disturb her peace would be met with the Dragonborn.
Serana was safe from the war. Her home was too far off most of Skyrim's maps, so she was safe. Nobody had any reason to attack and if they did, she was far too powerful to be taken down. She lived a peaceful life. Until something happened. In the midst of the war, Serana saw something.
The ear-piercing screeches of thousands times thousands of souls. The very barriers of the plane she stood in weakened. All of humanity trembling and bowing before a figure that wasn't quite visible yet. Everyone on the world of Nirn, bowing. Soaked in blood, with tears streaming down their faces. Nords, Elves, Argonians. Men, women, children. The figure they bowed before slowly came into the picture. It was a face. A face she was all too familiar with. A face that would immediately cause her to break down. The face of the Daedric Prince who ruined her life. Who forced her and her mother into becoming a vampire.

[HELP] Hi, I have collected data in different systems over 20 years, both from work and I do lots of video and pictures. Unfortunately my storage has got out of hand and I have about 75TB of data spread over many HD. Most of them backups I guess that the original data is probably lower than 20TB. I have now bought a Synology DS1821+ with 4 pcs of 14TB Red Plus HD. How do I consolidate my data on to the Synology in the best way. My thinking is to attach one drive at a time and then use a program or script to make a folder structure. The folder structure should be one folder for every file type and under each file type folder have sub folders for year and month. Then recursive copy from the external drive to the folder structure on the Synology all files except if the file already exist on the Synology. Do you think this is a good way of doing it or do you have a better sugestion? Do you know any program or script that can do what I want? BR Alexander Tollet, Big fan.

Do your research. Understand the machine you’re working on as well as the machine you’re in. Modern economies today are designed to compel people to specialize. With the advent of technology replacing jobs such as Data Entry and Customer Service, everyone must develop specific skills to accomplish specific tasks. Technology should be conceived as a rising tide and the best way to stay afloat is to have the most advanced skills.The alternative is to be the best at something. I would argue that it is easier to be more advanced than to be the best.
