Fyi, this has spoilers for the latest manga volumes..
I've seen many opinions on YouTube that sukuna with Megumi's abilities is now stronger than or on par with gojo. But, I still don't see how that is the case if there's a true 1v1.

1. 10 shadows technique - hollow purple should be more than enough, yes even for mahoraga. Sukuna's attack on mahoraga was not even close to the same scale as gojo's hollow purple on hanami.
   
2. The slash and cleave technique - I think gojo saw that technique in the very first fight they had and he was able to block it quite effortlessly. Since using six eyes means high efficiency, I doubt a stronger attack would consume anything beyond gojo's limit of energy to stop the slash.
   
3. Domain expansion - The hype for this makes the least sense to me, I mean I get it.. domain without a barrier is op but can't gojo just teleport out of the range? Megumi's domain looks similar
   

And then the talks about how sukuna's curse technique not being revealed yet and we don't know how he's using flames and slash, well same logic applies to gojo. We don't know what is gojo's teleportation/warping ability.
So both have cards up their sleeve, but imo if gojo gets out now he'd still be the strongest.

Koumi-Jima ~Shuu 7 De Umeru Mesu-tachi~
In the remote and isolated island of Ushihi Island, the population faces a unique challenge. Their gene pool has become so insular that they require an outsider’s DNA to maintain their population. Seiichi, a dissatisfied teacher with a hidden gift, is invited by the island’s chief to assist with this issue.
However, Seiichi’s task is not a simple one. The island’s women have evolved to give birth just one week after conception, and they take great pleasure in winning over a man and bearing offspring. To aid in the stability of the island’s population, Seiichi is tasked with impregnating every woman on the island.
As Seiichi begins his work, he meets Konomi Tachibana, a vivacious and alluring island girl who works at a guest home. Konomi is eager to fulfill her duties as a woman and is confident that Seiichi will find her attractive. Her carefree personality and desire to have at least five children make her the perfect candidate for Seiichi’s task.
As Seiichi stays at the guest home, Konomi becomes increasingly infatuated with him, and her behavior becomes increasingly erratic. Will Seiichi be able to complete his task, or will Konomi’s growing feelings for him complicate matters?

Also I want to say something about pacing of this batch. Not ending this arc with episode 87 but with episode 88 wasn’t the best idea, because it was hard to find strength after being emotionally destroyed by Mitsuba arc.
Then why i decided to end this batch with episode 88?
Because last batch ended with Kyubei’s character being established and this arc ended with a Kyubei’s characters having a little growth and i thought it would be nice to end this batch with Kyubei growing as a person.

QUESTIONS FOR YOU:
1. Are you on team Hijikata or on team Okita?
When i was first timer i didn’t care about Hijikata at all. But after this arc he became my favorite character.
Now upon rewatch i said that Okita > Hijikata.
After this arc Hijikata became one of my favorite characters again.
Hijikata despite acting cold and harsh towards Mitsuba was still acting as a mature adult (minus lack of proper communication) and Okita was acting selfish in this act and was blind to the truth until he finally stop looking away from the truth and admited he totally understands Hijikata’s actions. Having three really good friends helped Okita a lot.
2. Were you expecting Gintama introducing a backstory behind Okita wanting to murder Hijikata taking sudden turn and ending in tragedy?
I personally wasn’t as first timer and as rewatcher I just wasn’t fucking prepared even if i knew it is going to happen and was preparing myself for it from beginning of rewatch.
