I’m currently on a budget and wanted to make a batch of hard cider so I bought a gallon of apple cider from the grocery store. It was the only brand available, and I didn’t realize til later that it had potassium sorbate. I didn’t spend THAT much money on it but i really don’t want to waste anything right now. Is fermentation still possible?

Does it only seem to me like valve is using the community to do their job? Today i got reminded again how lazy they are. Correct me if i‘m wrong but the 1.) battle pass was too late and too bad, 2.) then the major hero sets got basically paywall locked in the pass, 3.) failed at the dota 2 major 4.) with review cases we do THEIR job 5.) with art design contest we do THEIR job again!
Honestly even with muerta and the late 7.33 i don‘t feel like they hear us since it doesn‘t change at all look at the set system they came up with KEYS to buy. No more money from me.
If i missed something let me know i really wanna complain to valve somehow and get more people behind it. I love dota 2

So I purchased an item from a seller months ago and they still haven’t shipped it and have completely ghosted me in messages. I tried to request a refund but it told me I had to do it through paypal. I usually just pay with my fingerprint as I’m on iPhone so I don’t really notice how I pay for things (depop payments, paypal, etc). So I went on my paypal and didn’t see the transaction in my history. I need help because I’m out 20$ and want to get my money back.

I was sitting on the couch at my friends place and her dog came up to us so I leaned over to pet her, next thing I know the dog starts barking her head off, like not even inches away from my 2mo baby’s face. We don’t have a dog so this was not a sound she was used to and it startled her so badly. I can’t stop thinking about it and how terrible I feel. I know it’s probably a common occurrence for people with dogs, but I could still use a little reassurance. She was so close to her face I’m worried it hurt her ears and could have caused damage. I’m currently in therapy for my anxieties but I’m hoping for a little reassurance from people who may have experience with dogs.

Can you put a blister plaster (compeed specifically) on an open wound (like gaping fat/styro)??? I don’t have any plasters other than this and I know you can get hydrocolloid plasters for cuts but don’t know if they’re okay for a gaping one. I feel like it should be fine but wanted to check just in case. Also since they’re so sticky I wouldn’t be able to take them off for days to clean the cuts.

I want to add some good detail so I’m doing a bunch of research. I need to purchase the main body colors, and I can substitute for interior colors by mixing. I just need some overall tips on filling, sanding, scribing, fit etc.

I see that in the last football match against Liechtenstein for the Euro qualifiers, the national team didn’t look 100% Icelandic. It looked more diverse, with three players being non-European: two were black (Mikael Anderson and Victor Pálsson), and the other one looked Asian (Mikael Ellertsson). Is this a normal recurrence in Icelandic football these days? I remember that in the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the Icelandic team looked 100% white. That’s why my curiosity. Will the team look more diverse in the future? How do Icelandic people react to this new trend?

me and my partner are each others first and have no stds/stis, but we keep giving each other bacterial infections. we both will shower and be clean before we do anything yet it keeps happening. it started about 3 months ago. we even stopped seeing each other for a month+ because of this and it happened again. these infections have been in the mouth and genitals. i think it’s important to note that we have not had piv sex. only oral and other foreplay. i’m a woman and he is a man. does this maybe have to do with us never being intimate before each other? new bacteria that our body’s aren’t used to? i’m not for sure but i’m wondering if anyone could help explain this. thanks!

I’ve been seeing a lot of like ups and downs in regards to like getting a comp sci degree and I am just wondering if I should go for it. I’m currently a junior in high school and I just wanted to know if you guys could share your input on whether or not I should go major in it since it’s almost getting to that time of applying to colleges. And the thing is it’s not like i’m just going in there with no experience and stuff like that it might just be the fact that the last time I have taken a coding class was my back in 6th grade 😅 and I vividly remember like doing those like minecraft like coding game/class thing and I haven’t had no other experience in coding since then I am pretty sure, but all I know is that for my senior year I decided to jump back in the realm of coding and programming and I am going to be taking AP comp sci principles which seems a bit like embarrassing since i’m a senior and I know there will be a bunch of lower class men. All in all I just want to know what would your guys opinion be is it too late to start getting into something like should I just like just drop the whole majoring in CS idea and go for something else or do you think it’s still worth it to give it a shot?
